... is Europe's first hybrid premium offset paper. "Hybrid" means that ROUGH is suitable for the following range of printing methods: Offset printing, offset printing with UV curing, HP Indigo digital printing and dry toner digital printing.
ROUGH and SMOOTH are identical papers. The only difference is that SMOOTH is calendered during an additional step in the production process. The papers share the same basic structure and hue. However, ROUGH lives up to its name and is rougher than the other premium offset paper. Because it "lacks" calendering, it has a higher bulk (1.3) than SMOOTH. Metapaper's ROUGH is available in the shades Coldwhite, White and Warmwhite and grammages from 90 g/m2 to 300 g/m2.
If you are looking for a paper especially for inkjet, you can take a look at ROUGH AIR. It is slightly rougher than ROUGH, but less rough than EXTRAROUGH and has a 1.5 time volume. Another special feature of ROUGH AIR is its surface colours. It is available in White-Warmwhite and White-Coldwhite.
