This Christmas project was developed by two creative agencies, based in Central South (Munich) and Central North (Berlin) Germany, as a giveaway gift for their customers.
 
On one side you see the date, day of the week and month; on the reverse is a questions – and a unique question is asked every day.
 
The super-thick cover was produced using seven layers of MULTILOFT – comprising 5 x INSERT Red and 2 x MULTILOFT COVER Extrarough Black. The container envelope was also lasered to enable the calendar to stand on its own “feet”.
To reflect the togetherness of the two agencies, the logo of central south was embossed on one envelope and the logo of central north on the other.
 
The inner components of the calendar consists of 3 different papers "white, red and black".
Papers were individually printed using a dry toner digital printing press, punched by hand and processed into the calendar.
A 2:1 black wire-o binding was used to bond the cards. The black cards were refined using a white film using the digital sleeking process.
 
It was a real pleasure working and consulting with our customer to create a good solution to an exciting and daring project idea. Final calendar output was the result of many clever, individual ideas, multiple practical steps and processes and a lot of love!
