Offset printing with LE-UV / LED-UV works in the same way as conventional offset printing, except that the ink is dried directly in the printing press by means of additional units. The technology is therefore particularly well suited to uncoated paper. Unlike in the traditional offset process, the ink dries on the surface and therefore does not ‘bleed into the paper’. This is undoubtedly the offset printing of the future, although it is slightly more expensive (but well worth it!).
