The interaction of creativity and processing know-how demonstrates how a firework of effects can be realized. The combination of underprinting and overstamping, the choice of effects and the exact implementation of a trance-like motif and semi-transparent hot stamping gave rise to the project name: Tranceparent.

Print was executed without changing paper data to showcase the substrate - Rough 5% Rosewhite and 5% Bluewhite – colorfulness. Four hot stamps enhance the motif: gold with holographic effect, semi-transparent gold iridescent, semi-transparent pink and neon pink.The transparent effect embossing allows the partially underprinted parts of the motif to shimmer through, further enhancing the optical effect. In some cases, two foils were also embossed on top of each other to achieve further shading.The sequence of hot stamping therefore had to be precisely defined in advance to ensure the right result. The motif placed high demands on register accuracy.
