Vergleich mit und ohne Cellophanierung

Cellophanierung bzw. Kaschierung bezeichnet die vollflächige Beschichtung eines Papiers mit einer sehr dünnen Folie. Je nach Folienart gibt es unterschiedliche Effekte, von matt bis glänzend oder beispielsweise den Softtouch-Effekt. Mit einer Cellophanierung (Kaschierung) verliert man jedoch die haptische Beschaffenheit des Papiers. Daher ist sie eher für extrem beanspruchte Flächen, wie Umschläge von Büchern oder Magazinen zu empfehlen.
