What a start!

The “MMHIO” in Kiel was the meeting place for some 40 members of the design, agency and media community who gathered together on Friday 13.1.17 for a breakfast of inspiration on “the future of paper and print". The session was initiated by vertrauen.erfolg Medienkommunikation with support from Schleswig-Holstein Digital and Creative Cluster Management (DiWiSH) and Metapaper.

The event addressed two primary trends: the celebration of great papers and print projects and the exploration of future business models for the paper and print industry.

A presentation from Metapaper was followed by vertrauen.erfolg who offered a selected overview of the current state of print production. Martin R. Roßmeißl commented: "The function of print in the future is not just the information function". Martin’s wife Lara, a former print producer at Publicis and DDB, added: "We are increasingly connecting to digital media. We help brands and products settle with the buyer and the consumer.”
